Remixed my Flaxseed Spritz

Last month I made a spritz but I didnt use flaxseeds in it. It turned out awesome so I decided to make another one but this time with flaxseeds.  I only make enough for a months use and keep it in the fridge so I dont use a preservative.

The last time I had in it 100% Aloe Vera, infused with marshmallow root, horsetail ,irish moss comfrey root and saw palmetto, amla castor oil, wheat germ oil, sunflower oil and honeyquat. This time I will still infuse the aloe vera but then simmer flaxseeds in it until the liquid coats the spoon. Im going to take out the honeyquat and add in , gotu kola, lavender, and chamomile.

Isnt she lovely?

Curl Assurance Smoothing Lotion-Giveaway-CLOSED

I love the Curl Junkie Smoothing Lotion.  This is an awesome leave in conditioner(for me), from the smell to the slip that it gives as I am adding it to my hair. Its easily something that I use consistently in my hair routine.  A lovely friend of mine recently tried it out but didn't like it due to the glycerin.

* I have no problem using glycerin year round in New Jersey.

She was kind enough to give it to me and I'm going to give it away on the blog.  It is gently used but if you can see by the picture, she wrapped it up all nice and tight for you.

You may be wondering exactly what is the Curl Assurance Smoothing Lotion, well here you go.

WHAT IS IT?: A NEW super detangling leave-in that can help you moisturize and style your curls and coils. You only need a little to help you smooth out your hair. It can be used alone or can provide a great base for other styling products. It can also be used as a rinse-out or on dry hair to add moisture when needed or as a styling aid for twists & braids.

HOW TO USE IT: Apply a small amount of conditioner to damp or dry hair and smooth through hair lengths with fingers or a wide-tooth comb.

WHO NEEDS IT: all hair types, especially dry, thirsty hair.

AVAILABLE IN: 12 fl. oz. size, Vanilla-Cotton Candy Scent

WHAT'S IN IT: Ingredients: Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Vegetable Glycerin, Slippery Elm Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Panthenol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Fragrance.
