Aubrey Organics ; Egyptian Henna Shine-Enhancing Clean Rinse

I am a huge fan of Aubrey Organics Conditioners, not only are they local friendly,  they are 9 times out of 10 100% natural or organic.  Being that you can walk into Whole Foods,  Health Food Stores , or order online  I think it is one of the best things a natural or relaxed or loc'd person can do is to try them out.  If you have a health food store in your area chances are they sell Aubrey Organics.  I purchase this Clean Rinse simply off the strength of Egyptian Henna.  I am a huge fan of Henna and if I could travel to India to purchase it I would. So awhile back I was on the Aubrey Organics website and saw this.  The price was $10.48. I was feeling cheap and wanted to see if I could find it locally.  It seemed no matter where I went I couldn't find it . I did have the option for the store to order it and then call me when it came in , but you know how impatient we are sometimes. Well ,  a friend of mine hipped me to Vitacost.  Sweet baby toes, I was in heaven. All the natural conditioners that I usually could find in my health food stores were there AND sometimes $2-4 cheaper, plus the shipping was inexpensive.  I was in hog heaven!  I ordered this rinse along with some other items. When it arrived I was less than pleased because instead of being creamy it was a watery product. , heck it looked like water.  I used it once and couldn't figure out what the heck I was supposed to do, again that patience monster was there. I put it in my stash and forgot about it.

Last night I saw the bottle and said let me use this stuff.  I cowashed my box braids, then used this in place of a leave in. The bottle actually doesn't say to rinse this out so I figured it was good . I have to say I was impressed.  My braids felt very lightweight. They weren't weighed down and after I just applied some Castor oil  and called it a night. Not bad at all . I will continue to play around and see how it plays out. The bottle says its for oily , fine or limp hair.  I have neither or these but depending on what I have used prior to washing I do wind up with a lot of oily build up. I would not use this more than once a month though because of the witch hazel which can be a little drying at times.
